Where Does VitalSpur Ship?

VitalSpur LTD ships orders from the United Kingdom to customers worldwide, except for the following countries: Yemen, Syria, Iran, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and North Korea. Please note that certain carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes in some regions.

Shipping Costs

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination country and chosen shipping method. Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or for orders above a specified value, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

Order Processing and Delivery

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

While we work with trusted international couriers, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control. VitalSpur LTD is not responsible for any delays once a parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 15 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] for return instructions and approval before sending any items back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund for the value of the returned products, excluding shipping fees. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for all returns, as VitalSpur LTD is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected], including your order number and photos of the issue. Do not dispose of or use the item before contacting us.

If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, including reasonable return shipping costs. Any attempt to use or alter the incorrect or faulty product may be considered acceptance of the item, and no further claim can be made thereafter.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened skincare or personal care products, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Free gifts, promotional items, or products purchased from third-party retailers are also not eligible for return or refund. Only items purchased directly from www.youandoil.co.uk are covered under this Return Policy.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise agreed or in cases where the product is confirmed to be faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe and verifiable return of goods.

If your order originally qualified for free shipping, and you return part or all of it, the actual shipping cost incurred by VitalSpur LTD will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Time for Returns

Once we receive your returned items, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing. After your return has been approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to display the refund in your account. VitalSpur LTD cannot expedite this process or influence payment provider timelines.

If you purchased VitalSpur products through one of our authorised retail partners or online marketplaces, please contact that retailer directly regarding their return or refund policy.
